Replacement Floorpans... Where???
Hey guys im in the process of trying to fix my floorpans on my winter drivin 1994 formula with 215k. I cant find anything on the net about 1993-2002 replacment pans just 82-92. Has anyone researched this and had any better luck finding them or if they even make such a thing yet?
Help Please! Dont want to patch them and look like ****.

Who looks at the underside? Seriously, all my floor
pan fixes have looked like ****, even when I was trying
to be neat, so I have usually given up and gone low
rent. Like aluminum sheet, window screen and silver
roof coating - did the trick on the El Camino.
If you can just get it smooth -enough-, then undercoat
it and nobody will be the wiser. Not like we're talking
white glove coucourse de freakin' elegance, right? Not
on a winter beater. Not unless you're insane.
But, I bet some dry-country bone yard could cut you
out oversized clean pan sections which you'd then
be able to weld in. But it'll rust like a bugger all around
the bead unless you do something really good for
cathodic protection, since you'll roast off the galv
for a good half inch at least.

GM does list the floor pan, but doesn't list a price. Looks like your need to go through GM for the floor pan, so that means $$$$!

+1 on that hah ive used miracle paint and have a couple cans of por-15 for some other ****. I would just try to make a panel that contours to the floor depending on where it is. The front floor pan was replaced in my old ford with sheet metal and it doesnt look to bad from the top..you can only tell from where the grinded down welds are but i dont run carpet in it. On the bottom i coated the whole undercarriage with that miracle paint and it looks pretty good 5 years later. good luck with whatever you do
