There's a million threads on it, just search for it. Lots of guys use heat guns, some use WD 40 and fishing line. Some use goo gone too... there's a million ways to skin that cat.

Use fishing line to remove the molding itself. Then use a heat gun or blow dryer to heat the glue. Remove the glue as best you can (I used my fingers to slowly pull it off). Once you get most of the big glue spots off you should use Goo Gone to remove the residual glue.

Its just held on with double sided tape, so i just slowly pulled them off. 2 cars, and no issues.. pulling off the remainder of the tape is kind of crappy, but IMHO it looks ALOT better without them.

I just pulled them off with my hands, no problem and the tape just rolled off. I did it on a hot sunny day without using a heat gun.

Blow dryer and goo gone. Done this to about 5 cars, any ways that were already suggested should work fine. Just depends on how you want to do it.

just make sure your car was never repainted with the mouldings still on, before you remove them

One other thing i did, was to use Meguairs cleaner wax to remove any dirt or wax residue that was built up around the mouldings too.
