Default is this side skirt fixable??

Like the title says- is this sideskirt fixable, and if so what do i need to do to fix it. Any tips will help. I am having a bumper painted next week and would like to have this repainted to while he's spraying. Can this be glued back together and maybe bondo'd from behind for strength, and bondo'd and sanded on the face. IDK What do i need?

Im sure it can be fixed, 3m makes a plastic glue that can be used, and it also can be super glued if that dosent work. Another idea which would probably be the the best is grind the back down a little bit and use some fiber glass matte to hold it together and just sand the front down and use the fiber glass resin to fill the crack and just san that smooth.
