Default Does a hood fit inside the car?

Anyone managed to get a hood into their car? I can't really get a good measurement on it but my spatial sense says with some finagling it might. Am I just a retard for thinking about trying it? Reason being I can't find a truck to borrow but I found a trufiber WS9 hood for $220 because the guy wants it gone out of his house, I just have no way to get it home. Anyone attempted this clown-car feat?

How far of a drive is it? When I got mine painted I drove home with no hood and came back later to pick it up.

I've been told it fits.

It better, because I need to shove a hood in my car when I take the car to the shop to get busted parts replaced and the car repainted.

Hmm. I have to drive like 300 miles on a day long trip to 3 places so I don't want to go with no hood. I will try to borrow a truck I think.

with the removal of one of the rear side panels it will fit. I have done it before several times. the best way is to remove the passenger side trim panel and the spare. one of the rear corners goes in there and the other goes on the back seat (folded down of course)

YES I have done it many times. I usually slide the passenger side window corner in first in a circler way to go with the curve of the hood. Yes after I put the rear seat down. Also see if moving front seats up will help. You can keep the plastic panels in but be careful not to scratch them. And you will even be able to fully close rear hatch. I don't know about the spare because I don't carry one ( run flats ), but think you should be OK

It will fit, just takes some patience to get it to fit right.
