I was about to have the bowtie painted SOM to match the car, but then I decided that was too much Orange.. Sometimes it's better to break up all the color matching with something different. In addition the old school bowties like that one never came in another color to my knowledge. It was meant to be blue and that's why I chose to keep it that color... I wanted a touch of old school to be on the car and that Bowtie fills the gap... But I admire other people's opinions but I did it to be different.

I fkn love the hood. Not a fan of "rivets" on your wheels but to each there own. Car looks great either way. Honestly I know its over-played but I think black wheels would look awsome on your car.
I have the same wheels on my Cayenne Red (looks like SOM in the sun) and LOVE them. Accents the color so nicely.

I am going to get a set of black drag lites so I will have some variation in wheel choices. I wanted Gunmetal because black has been used so much on SOM (but for good reason). I am still experimenting with how I want my car to look and who knows, maybe a set of Deep Dish ZR1's that are Black w/polished lip.... Decisions, Decisions. However I just bought my 6 liter eater seats and all the polished covers and bolts for the engine bay! I can't wait to install these after I get done here in Iraq... Thanks for all the input about how the car looks, I always love to here people's impressions and input on how to make it better. SOM FTW!
