Just ask you paint jobber to mix pure white. As that is white and binary to make it stick. Artic white has black, red yellow and blue added to tint the paint. Pure white will not give a gloss reflection in direct sun light as you can't stand to look at it. In the shade it will be glossy.

That Ferrari is an awesome color. I have color issues, but this seems pretty straight forward to me.

Hey Jd, not sure if you still have my old 99 ss,but just thought I'd clarify. When i had the dealership repaint it, they painted it Olympic White, not Artic white.

i agree with evilz06. adding blue to a white base is going to give you a brighter white. if you want a good factory chevy code thats white try wa 9753. id try to stick with a factory code that way if you end up having to repaint a part its so much easier!

Agreed. matching a "custom" color could be a headache.

Take it from a painter... if you want the purest brightest white possible, base white is your answer. My only problem with it is honestly its to bright and looks dull to me. Adding some blue tint helps take away the dullness while still have a very bright paint job.

Aspen white is kinda what i was thinking of,if i ever repaint i agree the brightest white is what i would go with, that ta looks killer, caddy pearl white is a nice color but im not a fan of the pearl,im a simple guy and bright white to me looks the best,if i ever did go with a caddy color it would be that black diamond, just never thought the pearls had a hotrod look, that is imo
