cost to paint car?
10K FOR A PAINT JOB? Damn what kind of paint job did you get? I know people who paint 42ft Fountain Racing Boats for 10k with airbrushing that look badass!!!! Post some pics of this paint job please bc i wanna see what you got for 10K lol

paint can get very expensive with a color change. you have to consider the underside of the car, jambs and under the hood. a good shop will not want to mask everything off, they would rather remove everything that is in the way for a quality job. so 10k is not crazy like you all seem to think.

I would be curious to find who on this forum actually has professional experiance not backyard input. Half of what I hear on this is completly wrong.
Just dropped my car of for paint today; I will post pics of my $600 paint job by this week end. I am just having a plain white paint job done and I removed the wing, door handles, mirrors and lights.
