i ran out of paint and only could do the front two. it took on a greenish tint to it in certain light

It does look "different". Cant really decide if I like it or not, LOL. Now the question of how it will hold up over time.

Doesnt look like black chrome, guess its because its sprayed.

Should look like this.

Ya It actually came out alittle green. Im going to have a word with duplicolor and see what there thoughts are. I havent done the back two yet. I will prob this weekend. and take finished pix.

OP... do they have a pic of the finished product say on there site to get a comparison of your front wheels and what they have on there site?

i bought the same stuff. I started off with my valve covers, which i think i used too much black on, because they look straight black, LOL. I haven't built up the courage to do my wheels yet.

If those are clear with a tint added, you should be able to buff on them some to bring out a little more depth...then clear and buff again. Might help some with that greenish tint (although I think it looks kinda cool...shhh).

I'm kinda iffy on weather I like them or not but I think its great that you had the ***** to do what I've been scared to do lol. How would this same process work with aluminum wheels?

my 2000 T/A is this same color i think these rimz will look BAD *** on our carz,BLACK GOES SO GOOD WITH THIS COLOR

I didnt really have any reservations when doing this. I always loathed the chrome rims on my car since its the only thing chrome besides the exhaust which is barely visible. I just shrugged my shoulders and said **** it.
