Repairing carbon fiber?

Repairing carbon fiber? I have a carbon fiber part with a small U-shaped crack in the outer resin. The carbon fiber itself is not damaged. Is there any way to fix this?

My buddy ordered a hood for his vette, it was cracked on the cowl. We fixed it with fiberglass and painted it. If you want to leave the CF look, I couldn't tell ya man. I don't do CF. But the fiberglass worked flawlessly.
