Default stipping paint with chemical ? help ???

any recommendations on stripping paint with chemical ?

who makes a good chemical stripper ?

anyone done this, and have any tips ?

typically if you hit the top of the paint with 80 grit it helps the stripper soak in. no matter what its a nasty mess.

what are you stripping?

paint on the car. everything everywhere i picked up some chemical from the the local body shop distribution warehouse.

Im not sure on the exact ones but some are only to be used on metal the will burn plastic and fiberglass parts

correct. and why are you wanting to strip the paint? whats wrong with it?

Gotta agree with phantom! Stay away from chemical strippers on these cars or you will create a huge mess that will cost you out the *** to fix. Just sand it off wherever it needs to be stripped and go from there. It's actually faster to sand it but it takes a little more effort this way. You will be glad you did though
