Default Worth fixing?

Besides the whole car of having its abuse for the 17 years of daily driving i went problem hunting... found this damage to the rear passenger side quarter panel. Is it worth cutting out and welding in? I Have to get new bumpers, repaint the hood, replace the passenger side tail light, either fix the passenger door skin from separating from the door shell, and interior trim pieces. Is it worth even getting elbows deep in the car at this point? its a 1994 5spd v6 with almost 240k miles....

Umm Im gonna have to say sell it like it is! This car isn't worth $500 in this shape IMO and fixed it's still isn't gonna bring more than $1500 - $2000 IMO so yeah sell it like it is or make a race car
