Default 1965 ls1 c-10

Not sure where is best to put this as I didn't really see a project thread, so I decided to put it here.

1965 C-10 getting a lot of custom work done to it, 04 GTO LS1, 700R4 Trans, and a lot of goodies..

Here's some pics.

Oh it should for all the time, effort, and money that is going into it.

Here's a few more pics, new stage 1 trans, and new axle housing.

What colors have you thought about painting the truck? Or have you made your mind up on the color?

I think he is wanting it to be a bright orange. But I don't think anything is set in stone on this one.

That should look good once its all said and done. And to the OP, don't worry about being weery about it being a truck. Some people will bash on just about anything cause they won't look at it like your doing something car/truck related to help keep the auto industry going the way we do it with doing stuff our cars like we all do. Yeah they may say that theres companies out there that will keep going if we quit but really? If we are not out there buying parts and there services, who is gonna fund ALL of there stuff they do to really keep them in business? Just because there's people out there with a crap load of more money than us don't mean they can souly fund the shops that make the parts. Sorry OP for the rant and raving, lol.

Alright cool. We are about to tear down a 1964 Step Side C10. Has the straight 6 and 3 on the tree, but we r building a little 350 for it.
