Game. Set. Match.

I'd find a half decent 3rd gen to put the drivetrain in.

Yeah cant Decide with it. Its fixable and I can weld and got the quarter panels to fix it... but heard that's a real challenge.
I'd love to get a LT1 3rd gen tho.

got a little work done over the weekend the damage isnt to bad except to quarters look like a crush can... its gonna look like crap till the new quarters and paint but at least I will get to drive it again.
Got the door on. my car is gonna be half manual and power...

and got the fender on. It lines up a little better than it did b4 the wreck the door and the fender are off two different cars notice the paint fade(only pic I got b4 it got dark.)

inside put mostly back together except for the door panel but as many window motors i've put it thats pretty easy now.

now just a little advice, get sub frame connectors. now that you have been hit, your frame is probably bent and it will not drive the same ever again. the SFC will straiten (or keep strait) what you have left in the car for rigidity. that sucks btw

why are you fixing this? You could pick up a roller for $1000~ and just swap everything over and then have a nice clean non-wrecked car. Fixing those quarters is gonna suuuckkkk

here's some trick i done to fix a quarter panel off a cadillac cts 2004.

remove the tail lights. with a small drill bit drill small holes to insert a bolt and nut and washer (something with 12mm) thru a chain. wrap that chain around something solid. A tree works. start the car and carefully move the car foward. see how much it fix. then with a hammer bang inside the quarter panel to straighten things out. if u need more pull dont be afraid to back the car up alittle and let go on the brake and let the weight of the car pull on it. just make sure u got a good washer so the bolt or nut dont go through. once ur done u need something large like a big flat screw driver to get the bodyline right. something solid. i use something that we call it "spoon". works really great. body work and sealer and ur done. piece of cake.

btw do NOT drill thru the side of the car unless u attempt to use a dent puller. i found it useless. ur drilling behind the tail light area to hide the hole if u lack a welder.

Make sure that you get the frame looked. They can tell if there bent and get it strait. The machines are much better.
