Default HOK Clear Users Inside...

I work at a body shop but we do insurance work so never do complete paint jobs, so I haven't done one in about 4 years. We use Spies Hecker paint, which I was able to get some base of, but decided on getting HOK UFC35 clearcoat. With the Spies clear we usually reduce only about 10%, sometimes for cut-ins and jambs I reduce up to 20%. How much are you guys reducing the HOK clear? If you don't know what I mean, on the 2:1 stick we use at work, after the hardener is 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30% in bars. 30% is one whole part which is too thin for the clears but can be normal for primer. Also being that it's been so long, is 1 gallon of clear enough the for 3 coats on the whole car plus bumpers (exterior only, no jambs)?
