The second gen cars have really poor tolerances to begin with. Combine that with the lovely aftermarket and you have one hell of a project on your hands.
What parts are you looking for?? I have done several second gens and can point you in the right direction.
I can tell you the fenders that are available suck, as do the door skins. So find some clean ones out west or some NOS parts.
