Default 93-97 Front End Pics

Thinking about painting the headlight area on my car the same color as the car instead of black. Does anyone have some pics of there front end on a 93-97 Camaro with the headlight area painted the same color as the car? I would really like to see the red cars with this done but any color car will work.

Thanks

No pics on my computer but that headlight area matched to the body color looks a lot worse than leaving it black. The black breaks it up a little more and overall flows nicely IMO.

Not sure if this is what your looking for

Not the clearest but thats all I got. I did this a few years back...I liked the idea...be careful if you drive at night though, theres a reason that area was painted black.

Having the headlight buckets and grill painted body color just makes it look like your car was in a wreck and insurance wouldn't pay for the black details.

On a lighter colored vehicle not painting the buckets and grille black looks kind of off... A darker colored vehicle gets away with it a lot better.

Edit: I know there is an orange Camaro on this site that has body colored buckets and I think it looks terrible.

Please don't do it, it makes the Camaro look like a Geo Storm.....

93-97 Front End Pics-my-camaro-rip.jpg

pic is horriable but heres my old z(RIP),dont help much it was taken about 3 years ago with a razor phone,Ive got some more if i can find the damn things. IMO i think painting the black around the head lights just doesnt look good, throws the body lines off in a way.

After seeing some pics I think I am just going to leave it black, I don't really think it will look right.

Thanks

Makeup is important. Don't take the mascara off your car. lol

03impala9c1-- Do you have any shots with the hood open? I've never seen the headlight brackets painted body color before.
