Default Installing a oem z28 hood

Im having a hard time installing my hood, it keeps resting and nicking on the very top part of the fenders (closest to the mirrors on both sides)
anyone with some advice would help

try moveing the hood back toward the windshild slightly,if that doesnt work see if your fenders have shimes behind them if so maybe remove some,hard to say,thats all i can think of.i believe if you loosen the bots on the hood hinge where the hood bolts to then slightly move them back toward the windshield that would do it

Sinister is right, thats how I did it with my ws6 hood.

there are a bunch of ways to ajust that hood first off is it level with the fenders than is it centered then get a nice 3/8 gap all of the way around

but on a side note, if your doors are not spaced to your 1/4 right and your fenders to your doors your hood will never be right
