Dealership bumper repaint I was on an errand for work at the ford dealership, and so i ran next door to the chevy dealership to inquire about getting my front bumper resprayed. I was told that if i bring the bumper in, a respray would be about $250. This is significantly less than any other quote i have gotten, so the question is, how good of work do dealership body shops usually do? Thanks guys
I had a frame pulled at the dealer because they had the best rack but I wouldnt let them paint anything. I guess it just depends on whos running the paint shop.

Like anything else, it depends on who is doing the work. My guess is the Dealer wouldn't keep a painter long if he did bad work. I've had a couple bumpers painted at my dad's dealer, and the paint shined better than some brand new cars.
