Default Bubbles in clear coat?

well seems on my hood there where bobbles on in my clear coat and some area where the clear has lifted off. Its not the fiberglass just the clear coat. Now im curious until i can afford to take it to a body show and get it re painted. Is there any temp fixes to help it be less noticeable? Doesn't really stick out to bad until you get closer to the car. But still would like to make it even less noticeable.

Not really much u can do,maybe throw some wax on it by hand, but it's going to need to be painted, just save some money up n do that, cause once it starts it'll just get worse

that's what i figured. And i keep it waxed at all times. Just wasn't sure if i could do some light wet sanding then spay some clear coat or something on it. But i figured it wouldn't turn out, But figured i would ask.
