Default Fixing door sag?

My driver's side door has a little bit of sag in it. Any way to fix this?

Yup

You will need two people….

1.loosen up the nuts
2.pull door up above the line where it would look like it would be fine about ¼ inch
3.Tight the nuts and the door will sag a little but, should now be level with the body lines.

You might need to go higher or lower depends on how bad the door sags.

Check the bottom mount on the door side, 99% sure its pushing the fiberglass in on the door.

Kinda a noob at body work so bear with me. I check the bottom mount and where would it be pushing into the fiberglass? How would this cause it to sag a little and how could I fix it if that's the issue?

Where the "hinge" bolts to the door, it can push the fiberglass in from the weight basically being put on that one spot. If you cant see it, ill post a picture of mine tomorrow. If it is doing this, you will notice.

Not that long ago.....

Seriously, the fiberglass in the door is weak and flexes. I'm wanting to work on mine as well. Haven't come up with a plan of attack yet. If anyone has one, I'm all ears.

Replace the door, or just glass the hell out of it is what every body guy has told me.

Thats a nice enclosure! Yeah I would glass the front and reinforce the back (inside of the door with a steel plate)

The inside is already reinforced. Its tied into the crash bar that runs the lenght of the door. I removed the door while i was doing the M6 conversion and put 3 layers of fiberglas matte on the inside and out, then reinstalled the
Reinforcement, Sanded and painted to match. Good as new. Only took
2 evenings. Very easily repaired.
