How much paint for front bumper? (Ready to spray)

Hey guys,

Bit of a newbie to actual spray guns. Picking up some ready to spray paint (all additives mixed in already) how much will I need to cover the whole front bumper 2-3 coats in an HVLP gun? Pint or a quart?

depends on the color, how new you are to painting, etc...im a professional and i would only need .20 litres and id prob have a little left over. if your new you may want .30 litres
