Nice Color... Came out great and it's nice that you were able to do your own paint and body...

The paint is Shermin Williams brand Sonic Blue (03-10 Ford). They make a few different lines of paint, and I used to top of the line Ultra 7000 for my basecoat. The color code is SN, and then you just have to pick which alternate you want.

It is the large can on the left of the picture.
Thanks, I know absolutely nothing about painting cars so it'll be a learning process

The expensive wheels are always the ones we want, bastards. Place near me has deals going on right now, 4 wheels and tires starting at $499 So gotta go check it out. Running on stocks right now, guy before me got some curb rash on the wheels and tires are about an 1/8 above wear bar, good timing IMO

Paint looks amazing, if I ever did paint it would be similar. Sorry to hear about the old paint tho, hopefully you find out who did it.

My car got keyed, so I used insurance money for the work. The total was about $1200 for materials and paint, and $300 for the new alarm.
The # there is (407) 859-4346. The owner's name is Mike and tell him that Aaron sent you.

Thank you!
what is someone were to mess my paint job up by sanding it....

"We had a serial Sander on the loose. Don't know what happened, dude was crazy. Still did a good job though."

I don't think that would go over well with my insurance company.
I'll have to call to get a quote for what I need. I just need a primer, MAYBE. I need The original Color painted back to the stock red. This is of course after I get a new hood, front bumper and fender though unfortunately. won't take long.
A quote wouldn't hurt though.

Color is sick, Nice work, It could use some nice polished or chrome rims to set it off.

Looks great! That blue is an excellent choice for that car, and I like how you did the sail panel.

Question - did you re-paint the engine bay too or is it still the original color? pics?

A full paint job would start around 2500 or so if you arent really changing the color up, and red doesnt cover super well compared to other colors, so you would want the base to look the same

Thank you! The engine bay is still red at the moment, but will be satin black when I get the time to finish it up. I was in a time crunch before, and now theres too much engine in the way

I think that's the name of the shop. Dennis from Redline was doing the tune on their dyno for me, but my tailshaft housing broke, so no real #'s yet.

I thought so, was just there myself recently. They have no fans, it was over 130* in there when we were making adjustments to my tune.

yeah! It was about 110 when mine was in there. I guess if it can make power in those conditions, it can anywhere!
