Torque Thrust II's with 315s on the back. These pics don't do it justice. I'm thinking about having the roof painted black to.

Wow! I'm surprised at the responses. I thought Pewter was the least desirable F body color that wasnt BGM or SGM. It seems to have quite a few who are fond of it however!

I like black, red, and SOM but I wouldn't go through the trouble of properly changing colors. Under the hood, the door jambs, the trunk. Just seems like to much trouble. Pewter was what made me fall in love with these cars in the beginning. I remember back when I first took an interest in cars at 12 running around with my Grandpa. They're was a pewter one I remember meeting on the road all the time and I'd say thats what I want when I can drive.

Im in the same boat and was just about to post the same thread! I have to re-paint half my car so I was tossing around the idea of changing colors.I really like the cyber grey and viper steel grey. I thought nobody liked pewter but this thread proved me wrong.

Lol? Start a thread with black red white blue etc... The majority saying keep it will be the owners of that particular color.

I didn't think I would like pewter. I went to buy my pewter trans am and fell In love woth the color Immediately. imo it Is the best color for a Ws6, period. I have had black red and white personally.
It Is all opinion. Black is my least favorite, after that would probably be SOM or yellow, then green, etc..

Lexas/Toyota has several a nice one is 077 paint code I believe.it looks nice.use a white sealer nyoull have it covered in 2 coats with the base coat, then 2 coats of mid,I use spies/hecker paint if u do it just make sure you give extra time in-between coats of your base n mid so your clear won't dye back as bad, cause with tri-coats you put so much material on that you need to let it dry a little longer to help get the solvents out, then clear like you normally do.
