Default Bubbleing paint on the roof

I got it. now I want to get it fixed. I was about to take it to a paint shop but from what I read in the sticky the problem is with the glue, and the bubbles would just come back again. My car is a 2002 but the mileage is only 73500. Now that Ponitac is no more, how hard would it be to get this fixed.. on GMs dime?

Are the parts even available to get this fixed if I pay for it myself?

Mold was made from an uninstalled gm piece. Gm no longer produces them. 6LE will get their first shipment out at the end of this month.
