Smile Finally got my Z28 painted BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES

Its been two long weeks, and I finally got my camaro back from paint. I had it painted at Mastiff Racing and Restoration, and they did a fantastic job, for a low price. The old Medium Quasar Blue was peeling, and dented, and now it is flawless black.

5 coats of black and 5 coats of clear

Lowering Springs and new wheels are coming very soon, and I don't really care for the ss spoiler, or hood.

I mean no offense, but those crappy pics make it difficult to appreciate your new look. Take some pics out in the sun so we can really see your new flawless paint

Looks good however I would've kept the blue instead of the black.

You took a rare color fbody and painted it the most common color made. It would have made more sense to sell the old one and buy a black car

Personally I would have kept the blue. Black is a pain in the *** too keep clean and and is really common. Quasar blue is not so common.

I don't know if it's me or not but a clean black glossy car always looks meaner and slicker than most other colors. The switch from that blue to black was well worth it, that blue looks a little outdated. All you need now is a nice set of wheels and a drop.

Exactly, I feel that was the wrong move. In the end, its not like these things are going to be worth much money but I would think on a unique color like this, you would want to refresh it or at least do something othere then generic....

In the end, it's what you want and you paid for it. Thank GOD this is not a "purist" website.
