What Kind of Blue is this ?

Hi
Guys could you help me identifying this type of blue ?

To me , it looks kind of Flat ? I dont see much Glow or Shine
So How To Maintain This Shade or level of blue ?

Search satin and what ever color you are looking for black seems to be the most common on here there are plent of threads about satin paint
