Cost of a small job? How much would an average paint shop charge to repaint a front license plate cover for a T/A? If it was a different color to begin with, would that add to the cost? I'm trying to figure out whether buying a used one and getting it painted or buying one already painted from afterthoughtsauto would be cheaper...

go with afterthoughts plate.... a paint shop will waste more paint than will go on your plate...You will pay for it, I promise. Afterthoughts paints several at a time and they have a great match. I know Deann personally and they have great products. $100 is not a bad price at all. Plus, they are a sponsor.....
