Default How to install Y3F front fascia to a stock bumper?

Two accidents ago my front bumper & Y3F fascia had to be replaced. They still had new parts at that time so they approved factory pieces. However, the front fascia wasn't installed straight. After some research, I've found that the front fascia pieces don't have an install template like the rear fascia does.

Last November I was rear ended and pushing into a truck, so I need to replace the front bumper again. The fascia pieces are fine, but short of having a bumper with the fascia installed at the factory for reference, what is the best method to properly align the front fascia to the bumper?

If I dump the front fascia, who makes a good aftermarket front bumper which is functional, streetable, and looks aggressive but not tacky? I'd like if the sides of the front bumper were wider so wider tires didn't stick outside the body. Something like this but they don't seem very aerodynamic the way they are shaped? Concerned about 2-piece noses looking good on a street car.
