Paint still tacky after a week. How do I remove this paint?
I painted my engine bay a week ago and the paint is still tacky.
If you touch it, it leaves finger prints behind. Will this paint ever cure?
I bought the paint from Colormatch and use a areasol can. They said they reduced the paint for a glosser shine, it's too glossy. I don't think they put a hardener in it. Could this be the problem or too much reducer.
It's been in the garage all week, with no rain and temps around 75 degrees.
Thanks in advance.

just used nason on my firehawk, the mix ratio is 8:1/2:4 so what i did was mix 1 qt at a time, 32 oz of base to 2 oz of hardener then reduced 50%, but yea from what it sounds like hardener was not mixed into the paint so it wont completely dry

did this a couple weeks ago on my wheels for my camaro.. didn't mix the paint because I though it was Ready To Spray. I let them sit for like 4 days scuffed them up..Mixed the paint the right way and sprayed them again with a little clear coat mixed in the paint also. Looks like a champ now but if its still leaving finger prints you may have to start all the way over
