Some of the cracks I can actually feel with my fingernails, but most of them just look like dark spots. I'll have to use the primers and coatings everyone has mentioned, thanks

You should be fine sanding to the plastic, yellow bumper and then plastic prime the bumper follow with a urethane primer. You will see as soon as you prime if the cracks are gone. 99% of the time here at our shop the cracks are just in the factory paint and undercoat. Good luck. Ron

Yup that's what I found out when I stripped my bumpers it was just in the factory paint sanded all the old paint off then used the urethane primer looks like a new bumper cover.

Still sanding. Mostly to get the paint off. I've found the majority are in the factory primer so they go away. Any of the deeper cracks take alot of work but eventually go away. Once I get the deep ones mostly out I can move up in grits to get ready for primer. I don't need to sand all the paint off areas without cracks do I?

Almost done with the 80 grit paper. It takes a while but they eventually go away, im working up to 600 grit before I take it in. But I'm not in a hurry because I've been saving money and spent the last week in Michigan.

I can't feel any of them and there is one or two that look like stains from where the cracks let in moisture or something

Do you have any scratches from sanding with 80? I just finished taking all my spider webbing out today and there's some scratches. Here's some pictures

I did, 80, 180, 320 then the scratches were there, tried 400, 600 and 1000... when I did 80-180-320, I kinda skipped the 180, I just lightly went over everything < 5 min

There are a few but not nearly as many. I would just go back over with the 80 until you can't make one the distinct scratches. I did 80, 120, 320, 400, and 600. Mainly because that's all my local store had.

I do more mechanical than body, but if you can't feel them with your fingernail, then your primer should cover those scratches...

Take a look at mine... its on my painting thread. I sanded all the cracks from the front bumper and none are visible... i then went over them with 120, 220, and 320. after primer ill sand it again with 320 and shoot another coat of primer and then before paint the whole car is getting sanded with 400 and 600 with a DA and then 800 by hand and then painted...

Car looks great man! Just wondering how does the aftermarket ram air hood fit? I'm debating on looking into one

His is a OEM WS6 hood. Right now it fits like ****, but that's only because the car was hit in the front before and not repaired correctly. That mess will be lined up soon enough. OEM hoods are by far the best fitment though.
