BTW make sure you spray those headlight covers with etching primer before they shoot any kind of sealer over it... otherwise the paint wont stick to the metal as well... And eric i got a can of Bulldog adhesion promoter for my front bumper at Oreilly Auto Parts... 17.99 for a big can of it.

For some reason I thought it was aftermarket.. I've got a similar problem with alignment. The shop should be able to straightnen it up right!

What's the status?

I got mine painted and theres no cracking. But you can see the marks where I sanded the cracks out, I didn't do the entire bumper like you did, I only did the spots.

Finally got it back the other day! the bumper allignment and paint looks great!! The only things i dont like is the "chip repair." It looks like they just went around the car and put a glob of fingernail polish on EVERY chip... im looking in to wet sanding them and buffing them out tho.

I think I know what your talking about, I didn't sand the cracks out completely behind the lisence plate, and in the right lite you can see them under the paint. But only without the plate so it's not a big deal

Sand them out and use some dolphin glaze to skim across it. Revcore66 gave some awesome advice.
