remove overspray from plastic I recently had part of my TA repainted and the bodyshop did an amazing job for the price. The only problem is there is a little bit of overspray on some of the plastic pieces in my engine bay. Is there a good product you would recomend to get paint off of plastic? Thanks guys.
The more aggressive the solvent, the more likely you will soften and discolor the surface of the plastic. Start with wax/grease remover, that will do the job if the overspray isn't too heavy. If you end up needing to go to lacquer thinner, you may have to dust a light coat of satin black paint on some of the parts if a chalky finish is left behind. Good luck with it!
