Knocked out mirror glass+more. Sorry if its the wrong section, But the other day a construction worker put a traffic cone a little too far inward and basically hit my passenger side view mirror hard enough to knock out the glass...lame.
Anyway i ordered the glass only but i guess theres something the glass is supposed to be mounted on that didnt come with the glass, i didnt want to order the whole unit because its really still fine just missing the glass and the power still works.
My question is weather i can find the mounting unit in a junkyard on any other gm power window vehicle or do i have to get a whole new mirror?
