Default 98-02 SLP SS Hood "NEW"

I have had this hood for quite some time and have decided it's time to go. This is a new, never installed SLP hood (see pic for SLP markings). I purchased to copy the scoop and still have it. These are virtually impossible to get and the couple still in the GM system are $2000.+
I also have the scoop insert and underhood weatherstrip.
This hood is new and in perfect shape in original SLP primer.
I will take $950.00 plus shipping (which is a bitch)
This is for someone interested in keeping their car original and may help avoid a "total" if your car is crashed. I am in Nor Cal and would prefer not to ship but will do what's needed.
PM if interested but I am not negotiable on the price.

OP doesn't have 50 posts and can't post in the classifieds yet. OP, get 50 posts and post in the classifieds

Not true at all if this is an authentic SLP hood. You're thinking of the ill-fitting fiberglass reproduction units costing $400-$500. He could sell this for more than $500, maybe not $950+ shipping....

Good luck, OP.

sorry man I think 500-600 is a fair price regular ss oem hoods sell used for 400-500 all the time. I bought mine in perfect shape for 300 locally. Yours is new thats why I added another 100 on it but in reality hoods dont really wear out and anyone would need to paint a used one or a new one so the condition is kind of void

He has well over 6 months of membership though, so he could certainly post this in the classifieds.

Having said that, as this section is not the classifieds, I'm locking this down.
