just so you know that primer is called SLICK sand and its a very good high build fast cure time primer for panels the look like the got hit by a sack of golf *****. This car was alot of hours to straighten out the 1/4's and hood to make this thing come out the way it did. as well as a completely taking the car apart so it looks factory!

I think it would have been a great stock color for the car. the only problem is i think they would have had to add a price mark up on the car for it. the gal of just base coat was over $950 my sunset metallic was only $425 a gal

thats freaking INSANE!

local prices for me are

Cyber grey - 290/gal
supersonic blue - 340/gal
soundstream blue - 320/gal
Lambo Grey Pearl 380/gal

this is for transtar 1:1 basecoat.. all materials to do the car we did recently in lambo grey pearl totaled up to 800 including all reducers and a euro clear. 3 coats of base 3 coats of clear.

Looks good. You should do the wire mod and smooth the humps in the engine bay that way you can spray them at the same time...just mentioning it because I think you will regret it later if you don't.
