door panel coming off help the door panel on the drivers door of my trans am is seperating and when i open my door it hits the fender and doesnt wanna open. what can i do to fix it or how can i fix it

im assuming your talking about the outside skin. if thats the case there are several products that can be used to glue it back on. look for any type of panel bonder for smc,abs,fiberglass.
it may be easier to remove the door, but you need to sand the inside where the panels are joined with at least 180 grit paper. squeeze some glue in the gap and then use some clamps to hold it tight till it dries.

yea you can get it from an autoparts store. The door needs to come off, sand in between the panels with 80 grit, blow it out, glue it and clamp it.
Or take it to a body shop, because that door is VERY heavy, most of them have seen this before.

my buddy and i owned a body shop so doing it s not a problem. im going to repaint the whole car when my hood gets here. just wanted to see if anyone has had this issue before and what they did
