Original Owner for a Rare 99 Medium Blue Metallic Trans Am.. Question is it normal for the paint to chip off or flake off in small white dots ??? I have never painted the car ever.. but looks like it's time to touch it up.. due to normal wear and tear and warm hot climate. I use to live in Miami, FL moved back to Melbourne recently my question is I love my original factory paint job is it possible to know what is known on the Medium Blue Metallic Paint code ? Any F-bodies Members Familiar with it ?

I have a breakdown of what is in the mixture on a can that I have. I have to get a 1/8th pint for touchup and they have the mixture from PPG on it. Matches mine perfectly. What exactly are you wanting to know about the MBM?
