Has anyone on here noticed something funky on the inside of the door panels once they are removed? Last year, I had both panels on my 24K mile WS6 removed to find a small piece of the material right near the speaker hole chipped off at the factory?!

Both panels had this on the exact same spots. Am I crazy to think this was from the factory or has anyone else experiences such things with panels removed? It was right near the bottom part of the speaker hole.
