Man, I would have been demanded my money back. How long has your car been at his shop?

I've painted thousands of cars and never seen **** like that, hopefully he'll redeem himself and make it nice for you. Mistakes happen, and products do weird things sometimes, it looks like it was trying to bust on him and he tries to wipe it off by poring thinner all over it.

What kind of backwards dumbass of a professional painter would be so lazy not to at the very least tape off the exhaust tips? (if not remove them if possible). You could at least put a walmart bag over them or something...

The bumpers should be painted with a different type of flexible paint than the body, so you're right they should have been removed.

Agree on the tips. I will bet $100 this isn't done Friday. It looks exactly like what the OP dropped off 6 month ago.

the rear bumper looks to be blended with the rear quarter so it doesn't seem as if its removable fromt he pics, still should off taped off exhaust tips and such

I originally commented on the removal of the bumper, but on a 2nd glance noticed it was blended as well so I removed my comment lol.

Is there a build thread for this car? It looks interesting

Why on earth did you let this hack attempt to "fix" this? His work looks like complete **** thus far. Not trying to bust your ***** here, just calling it like it is imho.
