Ram Air Hood scoops Removal?

Can the front of the WS6 Ram Air hood be taken off, not the grill in the scoops but the part that looks to be a molded piece of the hood.
Im trying to sand the hood down so i can repaint it, but im not sure if they come out?

you mean the front of the scoops that have the line?

I'm not really sure what you mean, but it should all be one piece

Yea, I thought it was one piece but when you look under the hood it looks like it might come out.

i believe they are separate but it is glued in so dont waste your time.
