Curious question, nit trying to steal op turead but what would be best way to pull a dent from thw lower quarter in front of wheel?

Stud welder or drill a 1/8" hole and use a slide hammer then weld it up. Then its basically just skim, block, prep and paint.

If you don't want to paint sometimes you can drill a small hole inside the car to get access behind that part of the quarter. Then call a paintless dent company to get it out - most WILL NOT drill the hole for you. They follow a factory made access policy...atleast the guys are I deal with do.
