What do you mean?
Only one WS6 ever came with factory stripes and that was the 30th anniversary model. If those are the stripes you need dimensions for, hopefully someone will chime in with those. They look like this...
If you just mean regular stripes going down the bulges of the hood, there are not set dimensions for those. You just have to follow the shape and contours of the hood, and then tape off your design. Otherwise I do believe you can order some in vinyl that would be trimmed to the size you need. Then you just apply them right on.
That would be something like this.
Of course you could also mean blackbird stripes. Which, I do believe, those can be ordered in vinyl as well. Or just taped out onto the hood and painted. They look like this.
Will a little bit more clarification would could help you out more with what you're wanting.

Dude, if u r painting them, u can do anything u want and any measurements u want. If u want them the width of th bulges, just measure the bulges. Pretty simple.
I painted mine also, and came up with something different

Just do what looks right to your eye. Chances are if you measure both sides of the hood strips on the same hood, they will not be perfectly even or symmetrical from side to side. The vinyl stretches and shrinks differently on either side of the hood as it's put on.
