Cars been down a few months. Finally getting somewhere! Well 3-4 months ago at the track the rear end in the car said bye bye for the 4th or 5th time. So I finally place an order for a S60 threw strange. During the wait for the rear end I decided to get a friend of mine to help me fix my door and quarter panel. He did a great job but that started a project. The paint was peeling all over the top hood and spoiler. Just some small spots. Car still dident look bad. So I started sanding myself taking on learning what it takes to do body work. Im a mechanic so body work has never been my thing but we do both here at the shop I work at so I had plenty of advice and support if I needed it. Maannnnnnn. Moths later I was starting to realize what I had gotten myself into. Everytime I fixed a spot I found something else wrong. On and on and on. Like it would never end so finally I saif F-it. Put the paint on it. While its not 100% peftect its not bad for my first shot at this and im pretty happy with it.

Knowing when to stop is always a hard decision to make LoL. You could take a new car off the show room floor and pic it apart till your painting the hole thing over. Looks like it came out nice and the fact that your happy with it is the most important part. Like the blacked out tail lamps too.
