Valve cover paint
Can anyone recommend a paint for my valve covers. Looking to tackle it this weekend. Any particular brand that works well and holds up. Also a procedure or any tips.
Thanks

I used the auto paint from auto zone. I primed them first, then the paint from auto zone, then sprayed some clear. I let them sit for a week before I drove the car and they have not peeled yet. And still look good. Hope this helps.

My post about high temp clear is relevant for brake calipers too, you want to match your body paint on your calipers? high temp clear over the colour and it works perfectly

I like seeing posts about people spending lots of time and prep on their valve covers.
I cleaned mine with some degreaser, painted them outside with 2.99 rattle can and bolted them back on.
They look perfect, and if they get messed up, I'm only out about 15 min of work to re do them
