Default Front chassis replacement on a ls1 4th gen?

So I have a 2000 Camaro SS that was hit on the right front. It looks like the previous owner tried repairing it by straightening it out and filling the rest in with body filler? The metal inner fender is crumpled and where the headlight sits is all smashed. The top of the core/radiator support is not even with the driver side and where the coolant reservoir sits is all messed up. Plus the right side frame rail looks a bit wavy. I think a body shop can straighten that out. I want to know if from the strut tower forwards, can you replace the whole frame section? From the looks of it where the battery sits you can see a seam, could you cut it from there and weld in a whole new front end including the radiator support?

From the black lines forwards, can you replace that plus the core support?

Anything can be done, just depends on how much you want to pay to have someone do it right.

Yes you can replace that section as a whole.
I am in the process of doing that now. Find a good donor car and drill all of the spot welds out and remove. Reinstall in reverse order.
Time consuming but not hard to do.
Tools needed are still, spot weld cutter, welder and maybe some means to pull anything that may be out of square back straight. Like a port-a-power or come-a-long.
