Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but is it okay to remove the arm rest metal in the back seat "sorry as I do not know the correct name" car is getting a cage and is basically stripped already, "track car" just looking to shed a little more weight and want to make sure it don't add strength before I remove it. I will circle it in the pic sorry it's not a good one.
