Default Filling holes

I just finished the passenger wire tuck, and now I want to fill the holes left by the pins.

I don't have access to a welder, and currently the car is not mobile to take it to one. What other options do I have?

Am I assuming this is in a less noticeable under the hood area?

Epoxies such as 3m-8115 or even jb weld will stick & hold over holes especially if you have a little extra material over the backside, BUT this will always expand & contract differently , causing a shadow of the holes . I'd NEVER do this on the exterior of a car, but in an underhood area you could slightly dent in the area first & fill with filler over a slightly larger area.

Its the pinholes on the top of the passenger strut mount. Normally there is a wire harness there, but I tucked it between the wheel well and the fender liner.

The filler expanding differently isn't a huge issue, the car won't be a show car or anything I just want to be able to hide it for the times I do show it off lol

POR-15 epoxy actually works pretty good for small holes. Yes POR. Pricey though at 30.00
