Got any pics of your ride ? It's always nice to check out other dipped cars ....and hey if your ever in a jam peel it and ...IT WASNT ME SORRY WRONG COLOR CAR OFFICER I wasn't racing !
I'll post up some. It has gotten a few bubbles under it, think it's been on for quite a few years now. I'm going to peel it, eventually because I half *** started to and now it looks like hell haha.

I have my rear spoiler painted black for couple years. It WILL fade to a lighter grey (but it beats a RED spoiler on a PURPLE car).
It hasn't peeled off but I would be worried about a front bumper /fender getting cut from rocks then starting to lift. I wouldn't dip a car for a long term solution.
