Default Windows Height Adjustments

Hello All,

I have replacement many Window Motor/regulator's on 4 gen Firebirds. Last weekend, I replaced the Door Glass Track due to the rusted wheel guide. After completion, for the first time, I missed my alignment by 1 or 2 teeth.

Anyone know if I can make an adjustment without drilling out the pop rivets?

Thanks.......

I'm not sure I understand the problem. When you replaced the glass track, did you not get the regulator wheels in the track correctly?

Sorry for being late on this reply, l life caught up with me. Here is a picture of what I mean. Without pulling the motor again, is there a way to get the window to come up higher?

Did you pull the regulator? Can you take a picture of the door panel? It looks like you have this problem: https://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...-included.html

If you don't have this problem, then you should be able to search for the shbox glass adjustment page. ^ But I think you have something major going on.

I do not remember seeing in real damage, I think I know what you mean, my 2002 Firebird had a lot of issues. I looked at the thread, but the pictures did not come up. I will take a picture for you, but it will be next weekend. Daughter Graduates College this weekend, lots to do.

Thanks for the help.
