What to use to remove overspray???

What to use to remove overspray??? Hello everyone, I am no expert on paint but my car currently has some over spray on it from when it was re painted several years ago. What can i use to remove this? Can i wipe the over spray with a cloth and paint thinner or will this destroy my paint? Any information and suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

If it had been done at the time of repaint it would have been a light buff..
Now I'd expect you need a guy talented enough to do a full paint correction buff job..
Price will vary greatly, but see their work before you commit to the cheapest bid.. LOL

Overspray on windows = lacquer thinner and 0000 steel wool.
you might try the above someplace inconspicuous, but reality is you probably need to wet sand and machine buff if it’s really cured overspray on top of clear coat.
